Everyday 10am - 7pm location provided when your order is ready for pick up.

Shipping

Currently only shipping across Canada, with a flat rate of $15.

*Free Shipping on orders over $100.

Orders will be shipped within 72 business hours. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs may be incurred by the customer.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! Should there be a problem please contact us right away.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. In most cases, you will receive a store credit in exchange for the return, but each scenario will be carefully looked at.

Instructions:
To initiate a return please email hellocherathome@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for return.

If you are local to Waterloo, ON you can contact us to arrange a drop off time. Walk-in returns will not be accepted. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
